Property Caretaker, Turku - Staffpoint Holding Oy - Turku, Finland

We are currently looking for a reliable and independent property caretaker for a long-term 6-12 month temporary position in Turku. The sites include schools and kindergartens. The job involves traditional property maintenance tasks such as minor repairs and maintenance, ventilation system servicing, and handling other service requests. Additionally, the role includes testing of fire dampers and sprinklers, as well as adjusting and monitoring building automation systems. Experience in machine operation is considered an advantage. - Start at the end of June or early July - Working hours on weekdays from 7 am to 3 pm (37.5 hours/week) - On-call readiness is a plus but not mandatory - Salary depending on experience, pr5-6 (14.20-14.90 €/h) We expect from you: - Basic qualification in property maintenance - Previous experience in similar roles - Ability to work independently after orientation - B driver's license (company vehicle provided) - Good customer service attitude - Fluent Finnish language skills (English skills are an advantage) We offer: - Long-term employment in a professional company - Relaxed and friendly work community - Appropriate work equipment - Salary paid twice a month Applications are processed as they are received, so please send your application promptly!
