Chief Physician (psychois rehabilitation unit, Senior Physician, Sairaala Nova, Jyväskylä) - Keski-Suomen hyvinvointialue - Jyväskylä, Finland

We are seeking to strengthen our team! We offer a permanent position for a senior physician in psychiatry. Your responsibilities include the chief physician duties for the specialized care units 1 and 2 for psychosis rehabilitation, developing the care pathway for patients with legal psychiatric issues, and the psychosocial and relapse prevention care for phase 3 and 4 psychosis patients in Central Finland wellbeing area. You will work closely with professionals from specialized medical care, primary services, and social services – you will not work alone! At Sairaala Nova, specialized psychiatric care is provided entirely on the hospital campus, enabling better collaboration with outpatient and inpatient psychiatric services as well as somatic specialties. Our patients benefit from an integrated service chain in psychiatry and mental health and addiction services, from basic level to specialized care. We also collaborate closely with outpatient health centers. The physician's work is diverse, with all functions located physically close to each other: consultations, outpatient clinics, and inpatient wards.
