Job Description
Autorekry Oy, Finland's first and only automotive recruitment specialist, is looking for an active and automotive-interested recruitment consultant. The role involves acquiring new clients, developing existing relationships, consulting on personnel needs, and managing recruitment and headhunting assignments independently with team support. The candidate should have experience in the automotive industry, sales, and recruitment, with strong communication skills and the ability to build trust. The role requires traveling across Finland, fluency in Finnish, and good English skills. We offer a responsible role in a growing company, modern hybrid work in Vantaa, and opportunities to work elsewhere in Finland.
