The job involves customer-oriented and sales-driven customer service, maintaining store cleanliness and concept adherence, receiving shipments and stocking products, building displays, and running store services like nail trimming, puppy meetups, and MustiEskari. We expect cheerful customer service attitude, independent work ethic, interest in retail and customer service, physical work capability, flexibility to work all store hours including evenings and weekends, and willingness to work in all stores in the area if needed. The role is to promote a cheerful and encouraging work atmosphere, with experience with pets being an advantage but attitude being key. Minimum age 18. The job starts in August, is permanent, and is based on the retail employment contract.
