Substation professionals for energy infrastructure projects, Site Manager / Site Engineer - Destia Oy - Remote - Global

Join us in building Finland’s energy future. We are looking for talented professionals to strengthen our Energy Infrastructure team. You may be an experienced Site Manager, Site Engineer, or another professional with a background in substation and energy infrastructure projects. The role involves technical coordination, site management, supervising subcontractors, quality assurance, and stakeholder management. You will contribute to projects that enable electrification and industrial investments across Finland. This is a permanent full-time position with responsibilities tailored to your experience. You will work closely with project teams to deliver demanding substation, transmission grid, BESS, and data center projects. The role requires a relevant degree in Electrical Engineering, experience in substation projects, understanding of primary/secondary systems, and good communication skills in Finnish and English. Willingness to travel within Finland is necessary. Experience in 110–400 kV projects, testing, and commissioning is valued.
