Join us in creating your life story. We are currently seeking casual workers for guiding roles in our cozy and homely children's protection unit at Sairilan Validia Home. We are looking for social and health care professionals or community educators/youth and community workers for casual work. Sairilan Validia Home is a 7-place specialized children's protection unit for 14-17-year-olds with substance use issues as well as psychological and neuropsychiatric challenges. We provide a homely, safe, and caring environment where rehabilitation is based on a five-phase substance abuse recovery model from intake to intensive aftercare. Our work is based on respectful and dialogic interaction, with a recovery-oriented, solution- and strength-based approach supporting the young people's rehabilitation, participation, and communal life. In your work, you will be responsible for the daily guidance, upbringing, and care of children, being present in everyday life and walking alongside the child. The work is planned and goal-oriented, based on each child's individual care plan. The focus is on individual encounters, emotional work, and building a safe interaction. The daily life at Sairilan Validia Home is clearly structured and communal. Days are paced with school, group and individual work, leisure activities, and daily chores together.
