Job Description
We are looking for an experienced person for a permanent position as a maintenance mechanic for aerial work platforms at our customer, based in Espoo. As a maintenance mechanic: - You will work independently and responsibly as a maintenance mechanic at our customer’s premises. Depending on your experience, you may work either as a workshop mechanic at the Espoo location or in the field at customer sites mainly in the Uusimaa region. - You will be responsible for maintenance, fault diagnostics, and various installations and inspections of different brands of aerial work platforms. Customer visits are carried out with a work vehicle equipped with tools. Although the work is independent, you will always have the support of the entire team. - The work is mainly performed on weekdays from 7 am to 4 pm, with a regular working week of 37.5 hours. - The work begins immediately once a suitable candidate is found or as agreed. We expect from you: - Previous and diverse experience in similar maintenance mechanic roles working with aerial work platforms or other machinery. Your background could be, for example, as a vehicle mechanic, heavy machinery mechanic, or forklift mechanic. Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic diagrams is considered an advantage. - Good Finnish language skills and sufficient English reading skills. - An independent, responsible, and proactive work attitude, as well as customer service orientation. - A B-driving license and a safety card. - An advantage is a certification as an aerial work platform inspector.
