We are seeking service coordinators for Eltel's centralized service center for fixed-term tasks related to a smart metering project for an electricity network company. The employment begins in early September and continues until the end of the project in May 2029. The position is part-time, approximately 15-30 hours per week, according to agreement. Working hours are mainly in the evenings and on weekends (except from mid-October to early December, when working hours are 8 am–4 pm). The work is remote. As a service coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth appointment scheduling processes. You will communicate via various channels, including phone, with end customers, and book service visits with installers and customers. You will also handle customer inquiries and ensure that appointments are scheduled efficiently and customer-oriented. Customer service is provided via phone, email, and various ticketing systems.
