Work available at Neco Element factory in Pyhäntä! €200 bonus! We are looking for production workers to manufacture wooden frame elements at the Pyhäntä factory. Work is performed at different stations using hand tools or with the assistance of processing portals. The production involves various tasks, from component manufacturing to finishing and packing. The suitable workstation will be determined together with management. Work is performed with hand tools, with the help of lifts, and depending on the phase, either alone or in small groups. We are seeking someone with experience in construction or making wooden frame elements. We also expect you to be punctual, careful, and proactive. You should be willing to learn new tools and methods. We prefer candidates interested in a long-term employment relationship. The work is in a two-shift system at the factory, with full-time hours of 40 hours per week. The position follows the woodworking industry collective agreement. The pay is hourly, with a minimum of €12.00 per hour plus possible additional pay. Additional benefits such as holiday pay and bonuses are paid according to TES. WE PAY A €200 BONUS AFTER 3 MONTHS OF WORK! The initial employment contract is for six months, after which the client may offer permanent employment.
