Luhta has introduced a new, attractive, and multi-channel high-personalized service concept called Your & More to the domestic market, appealing to Finnish adult consumers – women and men. In spring 2026, we opened a concept store in Seinäjoki at Ideapark shopping center. The store offers collections from high-quality domestic fashion brands for various purposes: work, everyday life, and celebrations. The clothing, footwear, and accessory selection focuses on brands owned by the Luhta Group. The core elements of the Your & More fashion concept are a stylish shopping environment, a relaxed and effortless atmosphere, a selection that enables durable, high-quality choices, and service that meets customer expectations. We are now hiring a Sales Associate - Visual Merchandiser for the Your & More store in Seinäjoki, approximately 30 hours per week. Are you interested in fashion? As a Sales Associate - Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for customer service duties, following the chain’s customer promise and customer satisfaction guidelines. The role of Sales Associate - Visual Merchandiser involves a balanced mix of sales and visual merchandising work. The store manager will determine the weekly time allocation between these roles. In your work, you will be responsible for sales, following the sales process, providing quality customer service, and maintaining store routines daily according to the concept. As a visual merchandiser, you will be responsible for the store’s visual appearance together with the store manager and ensure the implementation of display guidelines. We require candidates to have strong experience in sales and visual merchandising or training as a visual merchandiser/social media specialist. Applicants must be of legal age and fluent in Finnish.
