Kodin Sydän is a local care company established in 1994. We specialize in home care, home nursing, personal assistance, and home support services in the Kurikka, Jalasjärvi, and Peräseinäjoki areas. We are now seeking licensed social and health care professionals (4) committed to customer service and to a warm-hearted team. Success in the role requires initiative, a responsible work attitude, and the ability to meet clients respectfully in their own home environment. The work includes both independent work and collaboration with the team. Employment The position is permanent, full-time, starting with orientation during June 2026, if Kodin Sydän is chosen to continue providing home care services for the wellbeing area. The work involves two shifts, including evenings and weekends. Shift planning is primarily arranged in 6-week work schedules. Salary and Collective Agreement Our unit follows the collective agreement for private social and health care services. Salaries are slightly above the standard table (examples of base hourly wages). Practical nurse salary G22 5 years = €16.01 Nurse salary G26 5 years = €18.84 Salaries are without local supplements; if the employee has a permanent contract, local supplements are added.
