Job Description
We are the Finnish Defence Administration's real estate partner, building and maintaining defense properties and providing services in all security situations. Our unit manages leased premises, service agreements, property data, and investment planning. We are looking for a new rental expert to join our team. The role involves preparing lease agreements, invoicing, and managing contract changes, working closely with colleagues, clients, and internal partners in various projects. The work location can be Jyväskylä, Oulu, Kuopio, or Rovaniemi. Requirements include technical or commercial education, at least 3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of leasing and real estate business, good ICT skills, and excellent customer service and collaboration skills.
