Your tasks Speech therapy services are mainly provided through outpatient visits at Uusikaupunki Health Center. Your work also includes phone-based assessment of care needs, guidance, and advice. Your clients are residents of all ages, and speech therapy is primarily delivered through individual sessions; group sessions are possible as needed. You will also work in clients' own environments, such as daycares, schools, homes, and care homes. Additionally, you will serve as an expert in assessment and rehabilitation workgroups both within and across units and service areas. Your work community is multidisciplinary, cheerful, and youthful. You will receive support from skilled colleagues and join a development-oriented team that values collaboration and knowledge sharing. Remote work is possible by agreement. You are development-oriented, open to change, and interested in diverse tasks. Experience in speech therapy for children and adults is valued, but we also consider applicants at the beginning of their careers or in the final stages of their studies. A driver’s license and access to a car are considered an advantage. The position requires good written and spoken Finnish language skills. The qualification requirement for the position is a license as a speech therapist according to the Act 559/94 on health care professionals.
