The instructor (higher education), would you like to do meaningful work where you can use your skills in a versatile way? You will learn new things and utilize your strengths, for example, in individual and group guidance skills, supporting clients' self-determination, and enabling participation through adaptations if necessary. Join us in developing activities that promote the participation of young adults with strong mental health support, autism spectrum, and intellectual disabilities. Our activities focus on developing skills needed for societal participation; client interaction is supported and practiced to promote independence and adult skills, tailored to each client's functional capacity. As an instructor, you will conduct both group and individual guidance, participate in network work and planning. We use models such as Avekki and Haaste, as well as Hyp moments. Clients' activities are structured with individual daily and weekly routines. We go outdoors daily, and our activities are active, including music, exercise, arts, kitchen groups, and multisensory activities. You will have a genuine impact on your work. We expect colleagues to be development-oriented, solution-focused, and understanding of the joys, sorrows, and challenges of working with autism spectrum individuals. Before starting, the selected candidate must provide a drug test certificate, a health check assessment, vaccination against infectious diseases, and a criminal record certificate for working with vulnerable persons.
