Care Sector Temporary Work at Attendolla Ylä-Savo Area - Attendo Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We are looking for healthcare professionals for temporary work in the Ylä-Savo area, either in Attendolla Oma substitution pool or at one of our homes. The area includes four elderly care homes: Attendo Pihlajaharju and Iisakki in Iisalmi, Attendo Pajuharju in Lapinlahti, and Attendo Kesälampi in Vieremä. Working in Attendolla Oma substitution pool allows you to work across all local Attendo homes with one employment contract, with additional task-specific pay based on rotating work. You can choose how many shifts to work, fitting it around other work, studies, or parental leave. We commit to paid onboarding at the start of employment. Temporary work can also open opportunities for longer-term or permanent positions at Attendolla. What do we expect from you? A social and health care qualification or being a student in the field, with at least two parts completed in practical nursing studies. Vaccination protection against infectious diseases for the entire employment period as per the Infectious Diseases Act 48§. Hygiene passport or readiness to obtain it within three months of starting work. Fluent Finnish language skills at least level B1.1. Graduates must have medication rights or be ready to obtain them immediately at the start of employment. What do we offer you?
