Job Description
As a Customer Care employee at SATS, you are the first smile members meet when they enter the fitness center. You are friendly, welcoming, and engaged, loving to help people start their journey towards a healthier lifestyle. You work based on strong values, always putting members first and going the extra mile. You are responsible and structured, including cleaning during your shifts, and use SATS tools and systems effectively. The role requires experience with sales or service, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a busy environment with flexibility and engagement. The position is approximately 10 hours per week, mainly morning and midday shifts, open from 05:00 to 23:00, Monday to Sunday.
