Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Inspector to join our team in Sorocaba, Brazil. The role involves inspecting and controlling the quality of products across various business units (Energy, Telecom, Automotive, LAN). Responsibilities include conducting inspections of raw materials, processes, and finished products, recording results, supporting non-conformance handling, and contributing to continuous improvement of industrial processes. The inspector will verify product conformity according to technical specifications, standards, and customer requirements, perform dimensional, visual, and functional measurements, and support internal and external audits. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, technical courses in Quality, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields, basic knowledge of ISO 9001, metrology, and manufacturing processes of cables. Skills include attention to detail, organization, communication, responsibility, teamwork, and proactive risk identification.
