Global Talent Acquisition Director - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

Korn Ferry is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition RPO Project Director to be based out of Fort Worth, TX. The role requires candidates to be onsite 4 times per week. The TA Director will contribute to growth and profitability goals by delivering best in class recruitment services to our client. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope to include oversight and support of the customized RPO solution. The aim of the role is to ensure the quality assurance of the project delivered to our client. Key Responsibilities include creating and executing project work plans, defining search requests, resource allocation, developing sourcing strategies, applying staffing methodology, reviewing deliverables, preparing project reviews, developing reports, tracking team hours and expenses, participating in project scoping, managing client interaction, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or ten years of relevant work experience, ten years of leadership in talent acquisition, 5+ years of leading recruitment professionals, and strong understanding of recruiting metrics, SLA’s/SOW, revenue models, and P&L’s. Skills include Excel, PowerPoint, HR laws, business development, team motivation, data analysis, planning, communication, customer orientation, and cultural interaction.
