Your tasks We are expanding the operations of our results group's nurse resource pool, which covers acute absences, across the entire Southwest Finland region. The resource pool includes wards and home hospitals (a total of 16 wards and four regional home hospitals) operating in different service areas, enabling cross-municipality work. We are looking for a substitute nurse for our resource pool in the Western area, Loimaa, until September 30, 2026. The work is carried out on two different wards in Loimaa's general medicine and in Loimaa's home hospital. The resource pool includes practical nurses and registered nurses. What we expect from you The qualification requirement for the position is a license as a registered nurse according to the Act on Health Care Professionals (559/1994). We value multidisciplinary nursing skills, good cooperation and interaction skills, flexibility, stress tolerance, initiative, organizational skills, the ability to quickly learn new things, and continuous self-evaluation and development. Previous experience in home hospital work and knowledge of Swedish are considered an advantage. The position requires proficiency in Finnish. Additionally, the use of a personal car is necessary for the job, and having the possibility to use a personal car is essential for performing the duties.
