What do we expect from the entrepreneur? As an Arnolds entrepreneur, you are responsible for all café operations, including initial investments. The entrepreneur should be financially capable of investing in the business. The initial investment is €100,000-€150,000, with a typical equity contribution of 20-30% of the initial investment. In return, you will have access to the premises, delicious products, the benefits of a well-known chain, and support for success, as well as training for all job tasks. As an Arnolds entrepreneur, you work at the premises yourself, setting an example for your staff through your actions. The most important qualities are the desire and ability to operate according to the concept as part of the Arnolds family. Prior experience in entrepreneurship is not necessarily required; your cooperation skills and attitude are more important. Genuine interest in the café industry and possibly experience in the restaurant sector are definitely advantageous.
