Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven RPO Senior Recruiter to join our team supporting a multinational technology and information solutions client company. In this position, you will operate as a Senior Recruiter, managing requisitions—including senior and executive-level hiring. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior business leaders to understand role requirements, organisational priorities, and expectations. Leveraging your market insights and executive search capability, you will deliver top talent in a highly competitive market. You will develop sourcing strategies, build pipelines across mid-level to executive roles, and drive a disciplined, consultative recruitment approach. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for Commercial (Sales) and Corporate roles across ANZ and APAC. Partner with hiring managers, execute executive search activities, build talent pipelines, provide market insights, and drive adoption of AI-powered tools.
