Job Description
The Faculty of Social Sciences at Tampere University invites applications for a Doctoral Researcher position in the Doctoral Programme in Psychology and Logopedics. The position is within the research project PSYMORY, which investigates the effects of psychedelics on autobiographical memory through controlled trials, laboratory research, surveys, and reports. The researcher will conduct independent and collaborative research, contribute to scientific publications, participate in project meetings, and may assist with teaching and administrative tasks. The work will be primarily in Tampere, Finland, with some travel. The position is fixed-term for four years starting September 2026. Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in psychology, psychopharmacology, neuroscience, or a related field, and demonstrate high-level research skills and excellent English proficiency. The salary is approximately 2,700 € per month, based on the University Salary System. The application deadline is August 3, 2026.
