Higher Education Intern, Internationalization Services for Vocational Education - Opetushallitus - Helsinki, Finland

We are seeking a higher education intern for the Internationalization Services for Vocational Education unit to work on diverse tasks related to the internationalization of vocational education. Our unit promotes the internationalization of vocational education by implementing sector-specific programs and activities and supporting internationalization efforts. During the internship, you will gain insight into the national implementation of the European Union Erasmus+ program in the vocational education sector and other work supporting the internationalization of vocational education. The intern's tasks will vary and will be tailored to the intern's skills and educational background. Tasks may include: - Assisting with administrative tasks - Communication tasks (content creation, material preparation, communication support) - Participating in the preparation and execution of meetings, workshops, and events - Compiling project results and statistical data - Conducting reports and studies Working languages are Finnish and English. The internship is hybrid, involving on-site work at our premises in Hakaniemi, Helsinki, and agreed remote work.
