Services supporting elderly people living at home ensure each client's individual needs are met in their own residence. In home care, we work multidisciplinary with the goal of enabling clients to have a good and as active as possible daily life. In home care, a practical nurse's work is diverse, responsible, and human-centered care and support work in the client's home. Your work is independent, mobile, and the days are varied. Although you work independently, you are part of a skilled team where professionals support each other. We also use technology daily, such as medication automats and video calls. Why apply to us? What we expect from you: You can be selected for a substitute practical nurse position if you are a licensed practical nurse or a practical nursing student, and have completed medication management studies and at least 2/3 of your degree (120 credits) with valid study rights. The substitute position can also be filled by a nursing or health care student who has completed at least 60 credits of their degree and has valid study rights. You have passed the LOVe medication management online tests successfully. If necessary, you can complete the tests at the start of employment. A B-class driving license is an advantage. Customer-oriented thinking, good communication skills, and a willingness to develop. Proficiency in Finnish is required for customer service and reporting tasks. Start date as agreed. We hope you can start quickly. The position is fixed-term until September 13, 2026. The trial period is half of the employment duration. The working hours are full-time, approximately 38 hours and 15 minutes per week. The work includes morning and evening shifts. A criminal record extract according to section 6, paragraph 4 of the Criminal Records Act is required from the selected candidate.
