We are now looking for a caregiver for a permanent position. Welcome to Rinnekodit Joutsenvirta! In Joutsenvirta, there are individuals with varying degrees of developmental disabilities and autism spectrum conditions. Our unit consists of three group homes with a total of 18 apartments and residents. Our residents move on foot or by wheelchair and need a lot of help in daily activities. Our two-story house is located in a quiet detached house area in Helsinki's Laajasalo. There are many parks and walking trails nearby. The Herttoniemi metro station and its surrounding services are about three kilometers away. As a caregiver, you play a key role in identifying the individual needs of clients and ensuring quality care. You work professionally, respecting the client's self-determination and treating them with respect. Your work includes basic care, medication management, rehabilitative care, and guidance. You also support clients physically in daily activities. We offer good orientation and various training to ensure smooth work. We are looking for a team member eager to learn new things, who takes on challenges bravely, and has excellent communication skills. Additionally, fluent Finnish speaking and writing skills are required, along with good stress tolerance, responsibility, and initiative. Rinnekodit is a smoke-free and drug-free workplace, where the employment health check includes an infectious disease law vaccination check. We will check the criminal record certificate as required by law before employment, and it must not be older than six months.
