As a construction site manager at Jokioisten Maanrakennus Oy, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of projects and the successful execution of construction sites in collaboration with site management, clients, and other stakeholders. In your role, you will be responsible for the overall management of the construction site and ensuring project progress, resourcing, quality, safety, and schedule adherence. Developing and maintaining the overall project schedule, planning and managing site resources, supervising site managers and site personnel, planning procurements, tenders, and coordinating material acquisitions, participating in site meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, monitoring project progress, quality, and costs, participating in cost estimation and tender phases for new projects. We are looking for suitable technical education (e.g., construction engineer, construction foreman, or infrastructure construction education), several years of experience as a site manager, responsible site supervisor, or similar role, experience in earthworks or infrastructure construction project management, practical understanding of earthworks and site production, experience in comprehensive site management and resource control, good negotiation and collaboration skills, fluent spoken and written Finnish, good command of English, and B driver's license. We value if you have KVV certification, experience in project cost estimation and tender phases, long practical experience in the earthworks sector, and experience in client collaboration and contract negotiations.
