As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant hall and ensuring customer experience during your shift. Airport work is fast-paced, international, and constantly changing. Your day will involve leading the shift, supporting the team, and achieving sales targets while actively participating in the restaurant's daily activities. Your workday may include tasks such as: Starting the shift and organizing tasks, Guiding, supporting, and motivating the team during the day, Handling customer service and ensuring service quality, Actively managing sales and monitoring targets, Cash register work and participating in daily tasks, Training and coaching new employees, Ensuring compliance with self-monitoring, cleanliness, and safety instructions, Collaborating with the kitchen and other airport operators, Ending the shift and preparing for the next. We hope you have: At least 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role in the restaurant industry, The ability to lead by example in daily operations, Understanding of restaurant business and the ability to lead a shift efficiently and profitably, Good organizational skills and stress tolerance, Proficiency in Finnish and English, Hygiene and alcohol service pass, A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude, A clean background, as employment at the airport requires passing a security clearance conducted by the Security Police, A genuine "Passion for Passengers" attitude and a proactive approach to work.
