Project Manager / Strategic Negotiator - Despro Engineering Oy

We are seeking a project manager/strategic negotiator for our project development team. We look for a person with technical understanding to act as project manager and/or strategic negotiator in renewable energy and data center projects. The role involves stakeholder negotiations, project management, permit process planning, stakeholder meetings, and service design. The candidate should have experience in customer relations, negotiation skills, technical knowledge of electrical networks and systems, project development experience, willingness to travel, fluency in Finnish and English, and a precise, systematic, proactive work style. Preferred experience includes data center projects, power line design, and project management. The position offers flexible remote work or office-based work across Finland, with regular travel.
