The Employer Branding Specialist is an individual contributor role supporting internal Talent Acquisition Teams and clients across North America, Europe, and South America. The role involves managing social media channels, developing content strategies, brand marketing, community management, visual design, project management, and data analytics. The candidate should have 5+ years of employer branding experience, extensive social media knowledge, content creation skills, and project management ability. A high school diploma is required; a 4-year degree is preferred. Experience with creative tools like Canva, Illustrator, or Photoshop and analytics platforms is highly advantageous.
