Sales Associates for Biltema Kouvola and Biltema Cafe - Biltema - Kouvola, Finland

In 2025, new stores opened in Kouvola, Porvoo, and Lohja, and growth continues with new stores coming to Oulu, Joensuu, and Kokkola in autumn 2026. We are looking for energetic part-time sales associates (4-7 positions) for Biltema Kouvola and Biltema Cafe. The roles are versatile, primarily in the cafe but also in the store. Employment is permanent with average hours of 15-20 h/week. - In Biltema Cafe: first-class customer service, cashiering, preparing and presenting cafe products. - In the department store: customer service, cashiering, unloading, shelving, and maintaining cleanliness. Expectations: - Sales and customer service orientation and good interaction skills - Legal age (due to products sold) - Willingness to work all shifts: morning, evening, and weekends - Hygiene passport or willingness to obtain one (employer provides training) - Experience in retail customer service, cafe work, and cashiering is an advantage - Proficiency in Finnish and/or Swedish to serve customers in all situations We offer: - A responsible and versatile role in an international chain - A relaxed and encouraging work atmosphere - Comprehensive orientation and guidance - Opportunity for long-term employment and advancement We follow the Retail Collective Agreement; hourly wage is based on experience and education (10.89 - 14.57 €/h).
