Project Engineer - Avery Dennison - Remote - Global

Support the preparation of comprehensive engineering project plans, including timelines and budgets, to meet business objectives. Collaborate with procurement, production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure all project tasks are coordinated effectively. Manage the entire lifecycle of new facility projects—from initial design through construction—taking full accountability for successful completion. Regularly track project milestones, keep all documentation current, and provide progress updates to both regional and site leadership. Ensure all project activities comply with applicable laws, safety regulations, and quality standards at every stage. Identify risks and challenges early, communicate these to the right parties, and assist in developing practical solutions to keep the project on schedule. Act as a point of contact to facilitate clear and consistent communication among internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Oversee vendor-related tasks, including procurement support, contract adherence, and evaluating supplier performance. Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as schedule adherence, budget control, and quality outcomes. Contribute to ongoing improvements in project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
