Childcare Worker (Bachelor of Social Services), Liperin Pirtti - Humana - Helsinki, Finland

We are expanding our team at the child protection unit Liperin Pirtti and are looking for a childcare worker to help build a safe and high-quality child protection work environment. The work is full-time and permanent, mainly in two shifts, mornings and evenings, on weekdays and weekends. The role involves supporting and encouraging children and young people in daily challenges, participating in care and upbringing assessments, and working closely with guardians, networks, schools, and social authorities. The environment is designed to be sensory-friendly, ergonomic, and allergen-free, supporting well-being and quality work. The position requires a relevant degree (social services or community pedagogy), experience with children and youth, empathy, teamwork skills, and flexibility. The salary and terms are based on the Private Social Services Sector Collective Agreement.
