We are looking for home cleaners to help our clients with their daily routines. At Onni, home cleaning is much more than just a clean house. Our work supports our clients in their daily lives and makes their lives easier. We want our clients to leave each visit with a good feeling, in addition to a clean home. In your work, you will take care of our clients' homes and premises reliably and with high quality. The tasks include regular home cleaning, one-time cleaning, window washing, and commercial cleaning. More experienced workers will also have the opportunity to perform specialized cleaning. The work is primarily daytime work on weekdays. You can influence your shifts and work full-time, part-time, or on a gig basis, according to your life situation. We are looking for both experienced cleaning professionals and newcomers. Previous experience in cleaning is an advantage but not necessary. The most important qualities for us are reliability, a desire to do your job well, and friendly treatment of customers. We will train you thoroughly for the job, including tasks, tools, and customer service. We hope you have: a friendly and customer-oriented attitude, initiative and responsibility, good Finnish language skills, a driver’s license, and the ability to use your own car for work. Depending on your skills and training, we pay €12.26 - €15.65 per hour (Property Services Sector Collective Agreement).
