Job Description
The Tähkäpuisto playground, part of Harittu Daycare, is located in the Petreliuksen neighborhood, adjacent to the Henrik's Church park area. The playground is open to children on weekdays from 9:00 to 12:30, and working hours are expected to be from 8:30 to 12:30. Our values include genuine presence and active interaction with children, organizing physical and other playful activities, and maintaining positivity in relationships between children and adults. Our playground also actively collaborates with the other open activities of the daycare, such as open daycare, playgroups, and family clubs. We expect you to have a child-centered approach, enthusiasm for developing outdoor activities for young children, activeness and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, good interaction skills, and smooth cooperation with guardians. Turku city’s daycare and open activities aim to provide children with a safe learning environment where they can grow and develop through play, movement, exploration, art, and other diverse activities, in accordance with early childhood education plan objectives. Welcome to join us! Qualifications include a suitable vocational qualification, a relevant professional or special vocational qualification, or other appropriate education. Applicants must submit a criminal record extract as specified in the Criminal Records Act, section 6, subsection 2 (Act 504/2002).
