Betesda Foundation's Betesda Services Ltd provides residential and outpatient services for the elderly as well as mental health and substance abuse rehabilitation for adults in Uusimaa. We operate in close cooperation with well-being regions. Betesda employs about 200 staff members. Betesda has held the SHQS quality certification since 2022, demonstrating ongoing quality development. The home consists of three group homes for the elderly, mainly housing people with memory impairments. Our goal is to develop our homes into pioneers in housing for people with memory diseases. We are looking for an innovative registered nurse to oversee the operation and development of a 26-place group home. Your tasks include leading the development of the group home according to goals, acting as a supervisor for the staff, and being responsible for nursing tasks and medication management.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Higher or lower university degree in nursing supplemented with studies in management or administration
- At least one year of experience in supervisory work or similar roles
- Strong expertise in enabling a good life for people with memory impairments
- Enthusiasm and ability to develop operations customer-oriented and according to goals
- Good nursing skills
- Genuine vaccination protection according to infectious disease law
