Job Description

Fire safety design is a growing field, offering exciting work experiences. If you are interested in working in international teams or seeking new challenges, this is a great opportunity. You will be involved in real design work, identifying customer needs, analyzing data and procedures critically, and contributing your own insights. You will handle projects independently with team support, discussing and justifying solutions, and advancing plans both alone and with other design disciplines. Daily tasks may include project advancement, information gathering, documentation, interpreting regulations, and developing solutions. You will work naturally with clients, architects, structural designers, suppliers, partners, and authorities. Each project is unique, often requiring innovative solutions without a ready-made model. Our team is new, so your ideas and views will be valued as we develop our operations and grow our business. We have capabilities in functional fire resistance testing and are actively seeking efficient, customer-oriented, and high-quality design methods. Whether experienced or new to the field, you can contribute to our safety services. Learn more about our fire safety services and team articles online. Our ambitious goals are achievable together. We are the Nordic leader in data centers and Finland’s market leader in building automation design. We are expanding our fire safety design team, currently three members, soon to double. You will help build new processes and models, grow the business, learn new skills, and influence. Our projects are professionally challenging and diverse, providing variety and less routine. Whether a seasoned professional or a newcomer, you will find an inspiring, people-oriented career path with room for growth. Although known for building automation, we have several supporting business areas, enriching our future prospects and project diversity. Many projects involve team members from different locations, working remotely or on-site, mainly around Espoo and Imatra. We share a drive to progress, seek innovative solutions, aim for excellent results, and enjoy the journey. Join us if you are eager to find new solutions, aim for outstanding outcomes, and enjoy working with a great team. Check our recent growth and team spirit in the CEO’s overview online. We seek both experienced fire safety designers and those interested in the field from other disciplines. While technical expertise is not critical, strong experience in design processes and project advancement is essential. You are proactive, manage your work and priorities well, and can interpret and apply regulations. Good communication skills and a desire to learn and share knowledge are important. English skills are needed for international teamwork. Apply by June 8, 2026, with your application and CV. We review applications during the process and may make quick hiring decisions. For questions about the role or working here, contact Arttu Sjöstedt at 040 6434 301 during specified times or by email. For recruitment process questions, contact HR specialist Anna Palmgren at 040 523 1757 or email. We are committed to diversity and equal opportunity.
