We are a development-oriented daycare, and children are at the center of our activities. Your tasks as an early childhood education childcare worker: As a childcare worker, you are an important part of the team that creates a safe, inspiring, and learning-supportive daily environment for children. You participate in supporting children's growth, development, and learning together with the team, families, and the entire work community. Your core responsibilities include: - Implementing pedagogy: Participating in the planning and evaluation of quality early childhood education as part of the team, utilizing your strengths. You will implement small group and full-day pedagogy according to Touhula Rhythm. - Responsibility for your own small group: You are responsible for the activities of your own small group and participate in pedagogical documentation and the preparation of early childhood education plans for children together with the team. - Caring for the learning environment: Ensuring that the learning environment for the children’s group is diverse, safe, and tidy. - Positive customer experience: Building trust and open interaction with families. The final salary depends on years of work experience and possible task-specific or personal salary supplements. What we expect from you: - Qualification as an early childhood education childcare worker according to the Early Childhood Education Act. - Ability to build open and professional interaction with all stakeholders. - Responsible work attitude and courage to try new methods, actively developing your professional skills. - A criminal record certificate as required by law and a health statement in accordance with infectious disease law.
