We are a development-oriented daycare, and children are at the center of our activities. Your tasks as an early childhood education childcare worker: As a childcare worker, you are an important part of the team that creates a safe, inspiring, and learning-supportive daily environment for children. You participate in supporting children's growth, development, and learning together with the team, families, and the entire work community. Your core responsibilities include: - Implementing pedagogy: Participating in the planning and evaluation of quality early childhood education as part of the team, utilizing your strengths. You will implement small group and full-day pedagogy according to Touhula Rhythm. - Responsibility for your own small group: You are responsible for the activities of your own small group and participate in pedagogical documentation and the preparation of early childhood education plans for children together with the team. - Caring for the learning environment: Ensuring that the learning environment for the children’s group is diverse, safe, and tidy. - Positive customer experience: Building trust and open interaction with families. The final salary depends on years of work experience and possible task-specific or personal salary supplements.
