The Role: This is a relaxed, supportive, and advisory role. You will not be burdened with daily management, sales targets, or operational tasks. Instead, we value your local perspective. You will act as our cultural and business sounding board, while holding an official seat on our board of directors to help root our company in the local community. Key Responsibilities: - Join a brief, casual 1-hour online meeting once a week (via Teams/Zoom) to share local insights and stay updated on our progress. - Hold an official seat on the Board of Directors (Varsinainen hallituksen jäsen) as our local partner. - Occasionally assist with reviewing local documents or providing cultural advice. - Stress-Free Partnership: You will not handle any company funds or bank accounts. Furthermore, we use a certified Finnish accounting firm (Tilitoimisto) for all finances, and we provide comprehensive D&O (Directors and Officers) insurance for your complete peace of mind. Compensation: - Fixed Base: 00 b7 month (covers your board seat and the 1-hour weekly online meeting). - Hourly Rate: Negotiable.
