The work supervisor will partly be responsible for guiding students and ensuring safe learning environments. The work supervisor supports students in various learning environments, learning situations, and related support, service, and organizational tasks, as well as assisting in organizing workplace learning. The role includes participating in the organization of events and activities. Work takes place at Hiekkaharju and Vehkala campuses in restaurant catering and food industry learning environments. Additionally, tasks include working in Varia's café shops. The position requires good teamwork skills, independence, flexibility, and strong organizational ability. You will be supported by the food services team. Employment details Qualification requirement: At least a secondary vocational qualification suitable for teaching and service activities Preferred: work experience in a multicultural environment. Terms of employment are governed by the Municipal General Collective Agreement (KVTES) Salary: 2368.92 euros/month, with possible additional pay based on previous work experience.
