Hourly workers for Harjulakoti children's protection units - Kajaanin Pelastakaa Lapset ry / Harjulakoti - Kajaani, Finland

We are looking for motivated and responsible practical nurses, social workers (Bachelor of Social Services), and registered nurses (Bachelor of Health Care) to do meaningful work supporting the well-being of children and young people. We offer flexible hourly work. The employment is a zero-hour contract, and shifts are offered according to the employer’s needs. We expect from you - Qualification as a practical nurse, social worker (Bachelor of Social Services), or registered nurse (Bachelor of Health Care). - Previous experience in child protection and working with children, young people, and families is considered an advantage. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to remain calm in changing and challenging situations. - Courage to participate in the unit’s daily life and to take initiative even in small matters. - Willingness to work in shifts (morning, evening, night, and weekend shifts).
