We are seeking an experienced and responsible HVAC Supervisor for renovation and new construction projects at our Helsinki office. Your task is to supervise HVAC work and ensure quality during various project phases. You will work closely with the client, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders. As an HVAC Supervisor, your key responsibilities include supervising HVAC work on site, monitoring the quality, schedule, and compliance of installations, participating in site meetings and preparing supervision reports, planning, coordinating, and documenting commissioning and operational tests, ensuring quality during the acceptance phase of building automation systems, tracking deficiencies and defects, and supervising corrective actions, collaborating with clients, contractors, and designers. Skills and experience required include relevant technical education (e.g., engineer or technician), experience in HVAC supervision or building automation project management, good technical knowledge of HVAC systems, experience with commissioning and operational testing, ability to work independently and good teamwork and communication skills, a driving license (B) and willingness to travel to sites. Additionally, experience with complex new or renovation construction projects, knowledge of building automation and energy efficiency, RAP certification, and experience in supervision and construction management are valued. Personal qualities include strong collaboration skills, understanding of customer experience, and proficiency in Finnish. The work is independent and responsible, requiring initiative and accountability.
