EHS Manager (Projekti) - HR WorkForce Group Oy - Hamina, Finland

We are seeking an EHS Manager for our client in an international construction project. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and supervising EHS activities on the construction site. You will collaborate especially with the client, contractors, and the EHS team, acting as an expert and support for different project parties. Success in this role requires strong experience in EHS management tasks. We value the ability to proactively lead safety, build cooperation with stakeholders, and implement EHS practices. Employment type is fixed-term. The project is estimated to last several years (over 3 years), but the final duration will depend on the project's progress. Job duties include acting as the lead EHS specialist, maintaining and developing the EHS management system, coordinating communication, guiding the EHS team, conducting audits and inspections, ensuring safety documentation quality, participating in meetings, reporting, and supporting other EHS experts. We expect a suitable higher education degree, willingness to work flexibly including shift work, solid EHS management experience in demanding projects, good IT skills, leadership ability, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Finnish and English. We offer a fixed monthly salary typically between €6,000 and €8,500, with shift allowances, a diverse project, long-term employment potential, and support from an experienced team.
