Job Description
The job involves interviewing airline passengers at Ivalo Airport using paper forms. It is a temporary gig with shifts available in May-June and October-December 2026, about 1-3 shifts per month. Each shift lasts 4 hours, suitable for students or those seeking additional income. Having a car is a big advantage due to the need to access the airport at various times. Success requires a cheerful and outgoing customer service attitude, courage to approach people, carefulness, and proficiency in Finnish and at least moderate English. Additional languages are a plus. Experience in customer service or interviews and the ability to make participants comfortable are valued.
