We are looking for cheerful and customer-oriented Santa Clauses for our client in Rovaniemi for the upcoming winter season to ensure an enjoyable and magical Christmas customer experience. As a Santa Claus, you play an important role in creating the Christmas Lapland experience for customers. You help them find the products and services that suit them and ensure their visit is smooth, joyful, and atmospheric from start to finish. The work combines sales, customer service, and practical arrangements in a lively seasonal environment. Your tasks include: Selling products and services to customers; Advising and guiding customers according to their needs; Cash register work and customer service at the sales point; Maintaining cleanliness of the sales point and work environment. To succeed in this role: You enjoy a busy work environment and customer interactions; You have a cheerful, positive, and energetic attitude; You operate smoothly both independently and as part of a team; You communicate fluently in Finnish and English; other languages are an advantage; You are flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced seasonal environment, and you are not afraid of busy periods and hustle; You are willing to work also during Christmas. Employment periods are from September 2026 to March 2027. There are both full-season and shorter, approximately one-month, contracts available. Working hours are flexible to meet different needs, with options including zero-hour contracts and 90 or 112.5-hour work periods over three weeks.
