Chief Financial Officer - Raision kaupunki - Raisio, Finland

As the Chief Financial Officer, your core responsibility is to manage the finances of the growth city, including planning and monitoring the city's finances, leading financial processes, and planning the city's funding. Under the CFO, there are 10 finance professionals. We require the selected candidate to have a suitable higher university degree. We expect the candidate to have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to produce understandable financial information. We look for a team player. You should have excellent organizational skills, withstand pressure, and have a broad understanding of financial management and its systems development. We value a service-oriented attitude, the ability to lead people and processes, and innovation. Knowledge of public finance, municipal decision-making, funding, and group operations is considered an advantage.
