We at Mehiläinen have a life mission. If you feel the same, come work with us. We are looking for a department secretary for a fixed-term contract until 31.12.2026 for outpatient clinic work in Kemi. The department secretary's tasks include processing referrals, booking appointments for doctors and nurses, clearing treatment reservation queues, customer interactions and customer service by phone, statistics, and other office tasks. The secretary works as part of a multidisciplinary team. We expect basic IT skills, good work ethic, stress tolerance, prioritization skills in rapidly changing situations, accuracy, good overall management, initiative, and communication and teamwork skills. Previous experience as a department secretary and customer service is valued. Suitable education includes e.g., business college graduate, bachelor of business, practical nurse, or healthcare secretary.
