We are looking for customer service agents at Ivalo Airport for the winter season 2026-2027. The role involves ensuring smooth travel for each customer, especially in security checks, guiding passengers, and maintaining order in the terminal. The job requires normal color vision, and a basic security clearance, drug test, and alcohol test will be conducted. The work is shift-based. Candidates should be positive, flexible, organized team players who handle stressful situations well, communicate fluently in Finnish and English, and have active observation skills.
