Wire Harness Worker - Tampereen Keskustekniikka Oy - Tampere, Finland

We are currently seeking a Wire Harness Worker to strengthen our Tampere unit. In your work, you will prepare wire harnesses both mechanically and manually according to production instructions. Your tasks include handling materials, operating wire harness machines, manufacturing wires and cables, making connections, and producing label tags. As you gain experience, you may also participate in creating production programs, adjusting machines, and troubleshooting minor issues. The work is performed as part of an experienced team, and you will receive comprehensive orientation. What we expect from you We expect you to have a careful and precise work approach, the ability to follow instructions, and a desire to learn new tasks. You will succeed if you have the ability to read circuit diagrams and interpret technical instructions. Previous experience in a production environment, assembly work, electrical tasks, or wire harness manufacturing is appreciated but not mandatory, as training can be provided. You need good manual dexterity, accuracy, and a responsible work attitude. We also value good teamwork and communication skills, initiative, and genuine interest in learning and developing your skills. Proficiency in Finnish and English is required for daily work.
