Elisa Cyber Security Services is responsible for producing, developing and maintaining cyber security solutions, related products and services for our customers – a central part of this is the Elisa Cyber Security Center SOC service at Elisa Santa Monica. Elisa Santa Monica Oy is an expert house focusing on cyber security, secure data networks and data centers, with the best technology, latest knowledge and the best experts in the field. Elisa Santa Monica Oy is part of the Elisa Group. We are now looking for an experienced security consultant to strengthen our defensive security team and support the development of our customers' cyber security. In the position, you will act as a cyber security expert and help our customers design, develop and utilize modern security solutions in practice. Microsoft security technologies are central to the role, but the work also emphasizes a broader overall understanding of cyber security, architectural thinking and the ability to fit technology into the customer's operating environment. Your work consists of demanding customer projects, development of customer environments and continuous improvement of our services. Your office can be located in Helsinki or alternatively in any other Elisa office in Finland. Our team works across Finland, so your location is not decisive for us. We work in a hybrid work model that combines the flexibility of remote work and collaboration in the office on average three days a week. We hope you have at least five years of experience in the field of cyber and information security and modern cloud services in a corporate environment. You understand the overall development of our customers' cyber security from different perspectives and can apply your expertise in practice. Specifically, the following things will help you succeed in this position: - Strong experience of the Microsoft security ecosystem, such as Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID and Purview solutions - Broad understanding of cyber security areas, such as identity and access management, threat detection, vulnerability management, data protection and protection of cloud and hybrid environments - Understanding of the possibilities and risks of AI in cyber security, for example from the perspective of AI-based tools, automation and AI agents - Solution-oriented, customer-oriented and responsible approach to work and the ability to discuss with customers at both technical and administrative levels - Ability to act in a Lead role in demanding customer assignments in both Finnish and English - Willingness for continuous learning and adoption of new technologies - Microsoft certifications, such as SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, SC-400 or SC-500 In addition, we would be pleased if you have any of the following: - You do not need a formal software developer background, but we expect the ability to understand code and automation solutions as part of security solutions - Familiarity with open and public security frameworks such as: MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP - Possible other certifications: CISSP, CCSP or GIAC - You are active in the security community (e.g. blogs, events, discussions) - Interest and activity in the field (e.g. BugBounty, OpenSource projects) What do we offer you?
