Two school guidance counselors, first placement at Lappfjärd School from 10.8.2026 to 5.6.2027 Qualifications: School guidance counselor training, practical nurse degree (competence area for pedagogical activities and care of children and young people) or other suitable education. Language requirements: good knowledge of Swedish. Trial period: A trial period of 4-6 months may be applied. Salary: According to AKTA A or B level, depending on which level criteria are met. 5KOU62A1 corresponds to 2,261.04 euros/month, if the working hours are 38.25 hours/week (April 2026) Working hours: 25-28 hours/week. The number of hours can be increased with guidance duties in morning and afternoon activities. Investigations: The selected candidate must present an approved health certificate regarding health status, a certificate obtained during health screening is acceptable, and a criminal record extract for work with children (504/2002). Breaks in work and salary payments occur when school work is interrupted, e.g., during school holidays. In addition to regular duties, the employee is obliged to perform other tasks as needed that match their competence or education, e.g., acting as a personal guide. Preferred qualifications: Experience working in schools and knowledge of neuropsychiatric disabilities, learning difficulties, speech disorders, and behavioral disorders, work with students with chronic illnesses or medical conditions.
